We trust that an avid foodie like you wouldn’t have missed Culinary Class War on Netflix. This cooking competition show has brought more popularity to Korean cuisine in the past year, thanks to its gripping format and a host of famous contestants, including Chef Baek Jong-won, Chef Anh Sung-jae, and the crowned winner, Chef Kwon Sung-joon (aka Napoli Mafia).
One of the show’s standout contestants, Chef Byoungmook Kim, is announced to land in Bangkok next month to host a pop-up dinner at Hone, an izakaya and sake bar at 24BLVD on Soi Sukhumvit 24. If you haven't seen the show—which you should!—he was one of the talented cooking maestros who managed to showcase his expertise on grilling and smoking (earning him the title The Yakitori King) and impressed the judges in many challenges, including those involving French and Chinese cuisines.
You can be one of the lucky diners who gets to experience Chef Byoungmook's yakitori skills right in the Thai capital. He will take over the kitchen of Hone on November 4 and 5, serving his grilling excellence for two sessions per day at 17:00-19:00 and 20:00-22:00.
The price for food is B2,900++ per person, with an optional sake-pairing available at B3,900++ per person. Snag your spot quickly by calling 088 750 5438 or using the link here: https://shorturl.asia/h2349.
