Museum-hopping might not be an ideal activity if you’re a hard-working nine-to-fiver, but this coming December, museums across Thailand will open their doors until very late at night for the return of the Night at the Museum Festival.
Set for a promising comeback from the start of December, the 2025 festival will see over 50 establishments in every region of Thailand join under the new theme of “Bloom into the Night: Night at the Museum, where culture comes.”
Apart from special exhibitions and a line-up of activities like night markets, lighting installations, and creative competitions, Night at the Museum 2025 will also pay respectful tribute to the late Queen Mother Sirikit. This will be done through exclusive exhibitions that highlight her long-standing work for Thai art and culture, adding a vital layer of national commemoration to the festival.
