For four months, this new pop-up cafe and wine club—ironically titled Not from San Sebastián and run by the crowd-pleasing Paperplane team—is welcoming Bangkok’s drinking connoisseurs at the front space of the hotel with a spread of Spanish wine, coffee, and other nibbles.

Come during the AM hours for a nice little cuppa (starting from B80) to kickstart your day amidst the comforting minimalist decor and reused furniture. Hungry? The pop-up store’s got you covered with wholesome Japanese fare cooked freshly by restaurant partner Kimi.
