3 Bangkok hotels soar into the Top 10 of The World's 50 Best Hotels 2025
The highly anticipated results are in! The 2025 edition of The World’s 50 Best Hotels was revealed on the evening of October 30 in London, and we are thrilled to see three exceptional Thai institutions make it into the prestigious Top 10.
But first, our enormous congratulations are due to Rosewood Hong Kong, which has been crowned the World’s Best Hotel this year by the 50 Best critique. It also secures the title of Best Hotel in Asia for 2025.
Following closely at number two on the global ranking is Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, an impressive jump from number 14 last year. Meanwhile, our city’s 2024 champion, Capella Bangkok, has slipped only slightly to number three. The city’s long-standing legend, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, also secured a phenomenal spot at number seven.

- Chablé Yucatán (The Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico)
- Four Seasons Firenze (Florence, Italy)
- The Upper House, Hong Kong (Hong Kong)
An additional four hotels in Bangkok were recognized on the extended 51–100 list:
- Number 51: Aman Nai Lert Bangkok
- Number 60: Dusit Thani Bangkok
- Number 62: Rosewood Bangkok
- Number 70: The Siam, Bangkok
The World’s 50 Best Hotels also granted five additional awards that night:
- Art of Hospitality Award 2025: Soneva Fushi (The Maldives)
- Best New Hotel Award 2025: Mandarin Oriental Qianmen (Beijing, China)
- Eco Hotel Award 2025: Desa Potato Head (Bali, Indonesia)
