Helmed by Chef Pim Techamuanvivit, who took over from acclaimed chef and Nahm founder David Thompson a few years back, this Thai food stalwart never ceases to enchant. The menu is a culinary journey through Thailand’s rich history and amazing bounty, with mostly locally sourced ingredients livening up dishes that are traditional but at the same time unique. Starting off with canapés of river prawn, chicken, green mango, and snake fruit on betel leaf is a must, as is following it up with the beef jungle curry.
