Fronted by actor-turned-entrepreneur Krit Sripoomseth, Parameter Gelato made its grand debut on the G Floor of Siam Paragon following his five-year journey studying the art of Italian frozen desserts and developing a classic refined recipe that achieves a perfectly sticky texture paired with incredibly nuanced flavors.
Currently, the menu features a curated selection of six premium flavors: the pure milk and cream Fior di Panna, Pistacchio di Bronte DOP with the world-renowned green nuts from Sicily, and Nocciola del Piemonte IGP with the hazelnuts of Italy’s Piedmont region. The global sourcing continues with Peanut Chiba Handachi from Japan, Cioccolato crafted with French chocolate, and a deeply aromatic Uji Matcha.
What truly defines the Parameter experience is the presentation. Each serving comes in a small frozen vessel—resembling a chic espresso cup—designed to maintain the gelato’s temperature and structure longer. As a final premium touch, both the cup and the branded stainless steel spoon are yours to keep and take home.
