7 haunted houses to go for a terrifyingly fun Halloween in Bangkok

Cobwebs, fake skeletons, jack o’ lanterns, or jumpscare tactics? Trust us, these madhouses go beyond that!

25 Oct 2025

We know haunted houses are nothing new for Halloween. Cobwebs, fake skeletons, jack o’ lanterns, jumpscare tactics, and the list goes on—you can see it all coming the minute you step inside. But come on, let's admit it's always fun doing that with your whole gang, getting that collective rush of adrenaline! And we definitely want you to have that kind of fun again during Halloween week in Bangkok.

This year, forget the same old boring tricks and traditional spooky rides you see on TV. Our city has a ton of spots opening up that offer a genuinely scary—and of course, entertaining—experience that a true haunted house should deliver! We have everything to try, ranging from a terrifying experimental lab and a spine-chilling immersive art exhibition, to a haunted house hosted by K-pop star Jackson Wang.

Let's dive into our selection of seven perfect haunted houses for a scary, fun time celebrating Halloween this week.

The Scream Lab

The Scream Lab

Mega Bangna has gone all out with a spook fest this year, and you can get yourself properly frightened—and entertained—in The Scream Lab. This haunted house functions like an escape room: you have to work out a way to get out before a host of terrifying zombies corner you, all while discovering the bloodcurdling secret of a tragic experiment.

The best part? Entry is free of charge, but you must book in advance via the Mega Bangna app. Make sure you go and pick up your physical ticket one hour before your scheduled time. The Scream Lab is only open until October 31.

Haunted Passage

There’s a cursed tunnel waiting to be explored at Central Ladprao, and terrifying ghostly creatures eagerly await your visit inside! Gather your whole crew and get ready to scream and run together, but hurry—this chilling experience only runs until October 27.

Why settle for a lackluster scare when you have this one? The legendary Ghost Radio team is back again this year, bringing their fan-favorite haunted house experience to The Mall Bangkae until November 9. The major highlight this year is the sheer, gigantic scale of the house: it spans a terrifying one kilometer of fearsome spooks!

Tickets are available via Ticketmelon.

The Shock: Len Lao Lhon

The Shock: Len Lao Lhon

This year, Seacon Square (at both the Bangkae and Srinagarindra locations) is teaming up with the famous horror podcast The Shock to bring their stories to life! This haunted house challenge lets you walk through ten true scary events originally told on their YouTube channel. It's like you're actually stepping into the real, horrifying places where those spine-chilling stories originally happened.

Tickets are available via Ticketmelon. The Shock: Len Lao Lhon opens until November 2.

Under the Castle

Under the Castle

K-pop superstar Jackson Wang invites fans and thrill-seekers to explore the other side of his work—beyond the music—at his haunted house experience entitled "Under the Castle." He and his TEAM WANG design production crew have designed a spook-packed journey down a fictional world guided by the main characters, Pumpkie and Spookie.

Once you survive the immersive castle experience and get out safe and sound, you can pop into the mini-bar, check out the exclusive merch zone to bring home fun memories, and continue the chaos at the bumper cars!

Tickets are available via Ticketmelon. Under the Castle opens at Emsphere until November 2.

Junji Ito Collection Horror House

There's no one doing psychological horror quite like the incomparable Junji Ito. You can step inside the terrifying world of the manga master at this unique exhibition at MBK Center. The catch? You'll have to brave a haunted house experience designed around his chilling stories!

This event—the Junji Ito Collection Horror House—is a must-see, blending fine art appreciation with genuine scares. Fans get to choose their nightmare, with two distinct, immersive routes available: Route A: Farewell City and Route B: Horror Town.

Tickets are available via Ticketmelon, and the event opens until January 5, 2026.

Chocolate Ville Haunted House

Let’s head back out to Chocolate Ville in Ram Inthra this year, where the 2025 edition of their haunted spectacular is as good and ghastly as any other year’s. Too scared to go inside? You can just lurk in front of the spot to see how amazingly made the decorations are—that's enough to fully soak in the spooky Halloween spirit here.

The entire Chocolate Ville area is transformed into a Spooky Night, running daily until October 31, with opening hours from 15:00 until 24:00. There's a small entrance fee of B150 per person, but it often serves as a discount you can redeem at the restaurant.
