After a spectacular showing in the recent global rankings, Dry Wave Cocktail Studio is on an unstoppable streak for more achievements, this time sweeping the Bangkok Bar Show Awards & Thailand 20 Best Bars 2025.

Named the best bar in Bangkok and the country, this Thonglor watering hole also received three more major awards: Bar Team of The Year, Menu Design of the Year, and Bartender of The Year for owner Supawit “Palm” Muttarattana.

Bar Us, which was ranked number 4 on the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 list, claimed the second place prize from the Bar Show awards—followed by G.O.D. at number three and Opium at number four. The sustainability-focused Wasteland also received the Best New Bar prize, while F*nkytown was titled Best Restaurant Bar for the second year in a row.

Shoutouts go to the bars outside Bangkok as well! Bar.San is named the best in Chiang Mai, while The Fool Speakeasy Phuket took the best award in the Phuket/Samui category.

BKK Social Club was granted the special Art of Hospitality award, and James Kosil Kamja from Lennon’s was named the Emerging Bartender of the Year. Mod Kaew Wine Bar was the first recipient of Best Wine Bar, a brand-new category this year.
