Here’s the complete list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Thailand for the 2026 edition

Not long after the announcement of the Bib Gourmand nods, the Michelin Guide has now unveiled the 2026 edition of its prestigious Starred Restaurants in Thailand—marking the country’s ninth edition!
The biggest news is that Thailand now boasts two three-Michelin-starred establishments! Congratulations are in order for Sorn and the newly promoted Sühring!
This year also saw impressive movements, including Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie and Inddee being promoted to two stars. For the one-star category, we welcome exciting new entries like Bo.lan, Cannubi by Umberto Bombana, and Sushi Saito, alongside several restaurants that earned promotions from the Michelin Selected status (like Gaggan and Nusara).
