The Brewave group is finally in the heart of Bangkok! After years of concocting creative craft beers in the Bang Khae outskirts, their first downtown outpost is now serving fresh-from-the-tap drinks on the fourth floor of Gaysorn Amarin (formerly Amarin Tower).
What's special about this central branch is the fantastic selection of international craft beers on offer alongside their usual 15 taps of original concoctions. We also love the large screen display at the bar, which keeps the beer list updated daily, allowing you to easily decide before ordering your perfect pint.
Apron Bar is one of the most unique craft beer spots in Bangkok right now, offering a fun Pull-Your-Own-Beer approach. When you arrive, you’ll get a card to top up funds (starting from B100), which you then use to get your own drink directly from the taps. With the credit on your card, you have the freedom to choose any beer you’d like and pour exactly how much you want. What fun!
There are a total of 18 taps to choose from—most of which are international craft beers. Don’t worry if you come across something unfamiliar, as the bar provides a clear description for each tap showing its taste notes, ABV, IBU, and origin.
