Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, who was the chef de cuisine at Le Normandie when it was awarded two Michelin stars, reverts back to his French Alpine roots at his eponymous dining room in Sathorn (which also scooped up its own star months after it opened). A template for what elegantly casual neighborhood dining should be like, Maison Dunand is modern and serene—somewhere you’d delicately pick at Wagyu beef and oysters, and nibble on Tomme de Savoie cheese with a glass of Cremant within reach.
