When it was announced that Atchara “Pla” Burarak’s iBerry Group was turning its midas touch toward Vietnamese cuisine, we knew another blockbuster was on the horizon—and Ăn Cơm Ăn Cá has proven us right in every way.
The restaurant is a triumph of atmosphere, set within a stunning, century-old Indo-Chinese wooden house on Soi Ngam Duphli in Sathorn. True to its name (which translates simply to “eat rice, eat fish”), the space exudes a homelike vibe that feels less like a commercial space and more like an invitation to a dinner party at your coolest friend's house—the kind of place with a style so effortless it leaves you feeling a touch envious.
On the culinary front, Ăn Cơm Ăn Cá distinguishes itself with a curated menu that explores regional specialties from across Vietnam. However, there is no shame in sticking to the classics here; we completely fell in love with their signature Pho. The broth is simmered for over 24 hours to achieve a profound depth of flavor before being served in a generous, soul-warming bowl. You can also treat yourself to a lot of seafood-focused dishes that you might never know about before too!
