Finally making its debut in the Thai capital, Hong Kong’s legendary Cheung Hing Kee is now churning out its much-loved Sheng Jian Bao, or Shanghai-style pan-fried buns, on the first floor of Central Chidlom in the Public Market zone.

This Bib Gourmand-recognized chain is celebrated for its uber-juicy filling and wrappers that feature exactly 18 perfect creases on every single bun. Apart from the classic soup-bursting pork buns, the highly coveted black truffle flavor is also a massive hit that you absolutely need to try. A box of six assorted buns is available for B300.
