The first half of 2025 has already come to an end, and it’s not too far away until we Bangkok dining connoisseurs will get to see what restaurants will make it to the next roster of Michelin Guide 2026.
Before the next Michelin Guide (which we predict to take place in November 2025), better make sure you have paid your visit to the current star holders in the Thai capital. At the moment, we have 32 spots in total, with one holding three stars, seven holding two, and 24 holding one.
Below are the updated details of what these restaurants are currently serving (except Le Normandie that is undergoing renovation right now). You can thank us later, but we’re sure that one of these Michelin-recognized eateries will make your Friday evening so lush and luxurious!
The world’s first Thai restaurant that has received three stars from the Michelin Guide, Sorn is a respected mainstay known for southern Thai cuisine that’s elevated by means of high creativity and quality from the minds of Chef-Owner Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri. The prestigious diners will be taken on a journey through the rich and spicy culinary culture of the south of Thailand.
